Summary of double color mould and design requirements

Double color mode: two kinds of plastic material in the same injection molding machine injection molding, two forming, but the product out of the mold only once the mold. This is also called the double injection molding process, usually performed by 1 set of mold, and need special double color injection molding machine.

Package plastic mold: two plastic material does not necessarily in the same injection molding machine injection molding, two molding; Product from a set of mold in the mold comes out, add another set of mold in injection molding for the second time. So, generally this molding process is usually completed by 2 sets of mould, without the need for special double color injection molding machine.
